Creative Arts Ministry
Ministry Scripture: “And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills—to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, to cut and set stones, to work in wood, and to engage in all kinds of crafts.” – Exodus 31:3-5
Mission Statement: The mission of the Creative Arts Ministry is to glorify God through the visual arts by creating compelling, meaningful, and inspiring visuals that enhance worship, communicate the Gospel, and support the ministries of the church. We aim to use our God-given artistic gifts to beautify God’s house, visually tell His story, and create environments that draw people closer to Him.
Vision Statement: Our vision is to cultivate a vibrant community of artists and creatives who use their talents to visually express God’s truth, inspire worship, and foster a deeper connection with Christ. We envision a church atmosphere where visual arts powerfully engage the senses, complement the message, and enhance the worship experience.

Why It Matters
In today’s digital age, communication is ministry. Every post, flyer, or video is an opportunity to reach someone with hope. We believe that effective communication enhances worship, strengthens unity, increases engagement, and draws the community into what God is doing at New Salem.
