Who We Are

We are brothers in Christ—fathers, husbands, sons, uncles, and friends—walking side by side on the journey of faith. Our ministry provides a safe space for men to grow spiritually, develop accountability, and lead with integrity in their homes, churches, and communities.

Objectives

1. Spiritual Growth: Encourage men to grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ through prayer, Bible study, and accountability.
2. Brotherly Fellowship: Create opportunities for genuine connections and support among men in the church.
3. Leadership Development: Equip men to become spiritual leaders in their families, church, and workplaces.
4. Service and Outreach: Organize service projects that meet the needs of the church and wider community.
5. Mentorship: Foster multi-generational relationships where older men mentor younger men in biblical manhood and life skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of brotherhood and accountability within the church.
• Plan and facilitate regular gatherings, Bible studies, prayer groups, and fellowship events.
• Lead and participate in outreach and service initiatives that benefit the community.
• Provide mentorship to younger men and youth in the congregation.
• Support church leadership through prayer and active involvement in church activities.

Activities & Programs

• Brotherhood Fellowships: Men’s breakfasts, retreats, outdoor activities, and team-building events.
• Men’s Bible Small Groups: Dive deeper into God’s Word through focused study and discussion.
• Brotherhood Retreat: Annual retreat focused on spiritual renewal, bonding, and leadership training.
• Mentorship Program: Pair seasoned men with younger men or teens for personal mentorship.
• Service Projects: Participate in community service activities such as neighborhood clean-ups, home repairs for seniors, and food drives.
• Fatherhood Initiatives: Support fathers with resources, events, and workshops aimed at strengthening families.
• Support Groups: Providing a safe space for men to discuss life issues like addiction recovery, anger management, or personal struggles in a confidential and supportive environment.
